Yeguada Bautista Vich
|The Stud Bautista Vich was founded in 1991 by Don Pedro and Guillermo Bautista Vich.|
|The Stud began with the purchase of several mares from Yeguada Militar (Military Stud), to cover these mares they bought a young bay stallion with origins of the very famous stud of Don Jose Luis de la Escalera called Novelero XVII a son of Faraon XXIV out of Novelera X.|
|Novelero was the supreme overall champion in 1997 in the Balearic Island, and had numerous other wins in many more competitions in Mallorca.|
|In 1998 the stud relocated to the new premises at Es Figueral de Son Vivot in Inca; the property has been extensively renovated. Starting with the barn for the mares and then 2 more barns for the stallions and young colts, which they begin their training at 3 years old.
In this last year the Indoor Riding School of 60 X 20 Metres was finished, also an Outdoor manage of similar size and a horse walker, with all this facilities we are able to produce and train our supreme quality Andalusian Horses.
|In 2001 in conjunction with Equus Balearic we bought the very famous stallion Ungido IV, who was three times overall supreme champion of Andalusia in 1995, 1996, 1998 and once overall supreme champion of Spain in 1995, from the famous stud of Don Miguel Angel Cardenas, this was complimented by the purchase from the same Stud the mares, Siembra, Cimitarra, Festejada and Giralda.|
|In the year 2004 we purchased the stallion Urano II with famous origins of Marin Garcia.We also bought the bay stallion Omni with the famous origins of Jose Luis de la Escalera and Yeguada Militar.|
